HeyGem (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an offline, AI-powered avatar generation tool that runs entirely on your Windows device, with no data stored or transmitted externally. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use our software.
All data is processed and stored locally on your device. We do not access or transmit any personal information to our servers.
User-Provided Content (Local Only):
Videos, images, or audio recordings used to create avatars (e.g., your face and voice).
Text or voice commands to animate avatars.
Device & Usage Data (Local Only):
System information such as Windows version, CPU/GPU specifications, and local runtime logs used for debugging or improving performance.
Your data is used only on your device for the following purposes:
Generating and animating avatars using AI.
Cloning your voice and mimicking facial expressions.
Improving app performance through local logging.
No Cloud or Remote Storage: Your personal data is never uploaded or stored outside your computer.
You Control Sharing: If you choose to export or send files (e.g., for support), that action is initiated by you.
HeyGem does not use cookies, analytics, or any form of online tracking. Your activity remains private and local to your device.
Since HeyGem operates completely offline, external security risks are minimized. However, it's your responsibility to maintain the security of your own device and files.
Because all data stays on your system:
You can access, modify, or delete your data at any time.
No requests are needed to retrieve or erase information—everything is under your direct control.
